The Rust Library Advisory Board (RLAB) is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit group that supports the library’s programs, staff members and patrons.

We are a 501(c)3 organization that raises and allocates funds to sustain and grow programs and services within the branch. Our support has supplemented branch programs like the Summer Reading program, Teen programs, and staff recognition along with funding supplies and presenters for various other library programs.
